Happy New Year! I hope this email finds you healthy and well. I know the last few weeks have been very trying for many. Our health is something that should never be taken for granted. As the new year gets going, many of us are looking to implement our 2022 goals. Coming up with the goals is the easy part: executing them is always the challenging part. But what if we knew that having a system in place was the key to achieving successful results, and that it only takes 30 days of repetition to create a new habit, doesn’t this sound much more encouraging? Now I do not write this thinking changing habits is an easy feat – I’m just learning with age that keeping things simple might be the best approach yet. Remember, you are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream.
