No one succeeds alone. This statement speaks to all of us, and is a reminder to ask ourselves who in our life supports and enables us to be who we are? It is almost impossible to succeed or exist entirely on our own. We all have people that help us achieve things, some in big ways and others in small ways. Some are given important titles, while others exist in the background and may not be acknowledged for the support they provide. I think it is important to think about everyone you encounter and how and what they may do to contribute to your own successes. I take this approach in life and business as I work with a wide variety of people; contractors, office staff, photographers, cleaning crews, inspectors, landscapers, clients, etc. The truth is that almost everyone plays an important role in our life’s journey. Make everyday a great one, not only for you, but for everyone around you, and especially those that support you! |

| Two factors are contributing to the low number of active listings; low interest rates and fewer people wanting to put their property on the market for a variety of reasons, including our current pandemic. There are many qualified buyers out looking, so if you are thinking of selling, it really is a great time to list before the holidays and winter approaches. |

1. Emphasize curb appeal. The first impression is the only impression. Make sure your home’s curb appeal makes a good one. Landscaping and paint touch up are some easy to-do’s. 2. Create a clean, clutter-free environment. Nothing makes a home look more poorly maintained than dirt, clutter, and overall messiness. A clean environment gives buyers confidence in the property and its condition. 3. Offer a neutral color palette. Prospective buyers need to be able to envision themselves in the home, and that’s hard to do if there’s bright colors as the first thing they notice. 4. Light it up. Light filled homes make potential buyers feel good. Maximize all light bulbs to the highest watt bulb and consider replacing any dated fixtures to make the home more attractive. |
“Our nation has lost a justice of historic stature,” Chief Justice John Roberts said. “We at the Supreme Court have lost a cherished colleague. Today we mourn but with confidence that future generations will remember Ruth Bader Ginsburg as we knew her, a tireless and resolute champion of justice.” Here is a wonderful NYTimes video to honor her. | |
“Michael did a super professional job in both getting my house ready to sell, listing and selling it for more than the asking price in just a few days!” |
