Even for those of us who have weathered, and even flourished, during this time can experience some lows from being bombarded daily with bad news, the end of Summer, and a general sense of loss/lack of control. The last six months have been quite a roller coaster for my industry, and I have had to pivot over and over again to continue to provide superior service to my clients. It made me realize how not only in business, but also in one’s personal life, a successful approach requires adapting, adjusting, trying new things, refreshing, revamping and exploring alternative ways. I am fortunate to work for a broker that does just that, and supports me, so I can provide my clients exactly what they need in the moment they need it! Change is not easy, but it is inevitable….believe that in the end it can be for the best! |

| 2.91%: Mortgage Rates Fall to Just Above Record Low “This year has been anything but normal and as the uncertainty lingers, mortgage rates remain near record lows,” Freddie Mac’s Sam Khater said in a release. “These rates continue to incentivize potential buyers and the home buying season, which shifted from spring to summer, will likely continue into the fall.” |
| The influence of a good teacher can never be erased! As we enter a new school year, I know it will be trying for teachers, students and parents. I wish I could give this hug like you see with one of my favorite teachers to all the teachers starting out their 2020 school year. I am always so impressed by teachers’ efforts and resourcefulness to continue to educate. |
